{"id":368,"date":"2011-05-29T21:56:34","date_gmt":"2011-05-29T21:56:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/icaro.med.br\/?p=368"},"modified":"2024-12-30T06:03:08","modified_gmt":"2024-12-30T09:03:08","slug":"guidelines-for-healthy-eating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icaro.med.br\/en\/guidelines-for-healthy-eating\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthy Eating Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>GUIDELINES FOR HEALTHY EATING<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Try to eat in quiet places and chew your food well; ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Meal times should be respected and you should never go too long without eating;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Avoid fried food, breaded food, battered food, use oils, margarine and butter sparingly;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid: lard, bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, catupiry, fatty cheeses, fatty meats, offal, sausages in general;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Give preference to braised, roasted, grilled, boiled, stewed foods, and restrict added oil as much as possible;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Prefer lean meats, increase your fish intake and when you eat chicken, remove the skin, which contains cholesterol;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Give preference to skimmed products (milk and yogurt), and prefer white, ricotta or fresh cheese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Increase your intake of fiber, as it helps intestinal function, controls blood sugar and helps reduce cholesterol. Sources: vegetables, cereals, wholegrain products and fruit with peel and pulp. Consume oats and soybeans, as they are excellent sources of soluble fiber;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Use sweetener in milk, coffee, juice, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid industrialized foods in general (canned foods, salted meats, salted fish and yellow and aged cheeses); ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Avoid sausages in general (sausage, bologna, sausage, salami, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Avoid consuming condiments (ready-made sauces, shoyo, pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc.);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restrict consumption of cream, whipped cream, chocolate, soft drinks, sweets in general, cake fillings and toppings, etc;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe2 Do physical activity, as it helps control weight, increases blood circulation throughout the body, increases muscle mass and relieves stress.
