You will see that, every day, your Quality of Life and Well-Being will increase greatly, along with your general perception of HEALTH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 - Maintain discipline in answering the questionnaire <strong>every week<\/strong> (it's quick - no more than 5 minutes of your time, well invested) and, what's more, adopting and maintaining the necessary measures to improve each habit - it will be worth it!
