But susceptibility to triggers can be increased by various disorders, including hormonal, nutrient and blood glucose disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 - Hypoglycemia increases the amount of glutamate (excitatory neurotransmitter) in relation to GABA (calming).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 - People who don't eat for a long time are more likely to develop hypoglycemia (a drop in blood glucose levels), unless they are on very special diets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 - Eating large quantities of simple carbohydrates in one go induces excessive insulin release which, after a short time, tends to cause hypoglycemia (insulin takes glucose out of the blood and into the cell).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 - Those who base their diet on carbohydrates tend to have more episodes of hypoglycemia and, consequently, more panic disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 - Psychological support is always good when the patient doesn't improve with the above tips alone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pessoas com &#8220;s\u00edndrome do p\u00e2nico&#8221; ou muitos ataques repetidos de grande ansiedade podem ter isto causado ou agravado por simples hipoglicemias, relacionadas a n\u00e3o se alimentarem direito. 1 \u2013 \u00c9 claro que, na grande maioria das vezes, h\u00e1 um gatilho emocional.
