Ideally, you should have a healthy eating routine, prescribed and monitored by a good functional nutritionist, in my opinion and that of many other health professionals. This includes quality food that is varied and appropriate for your body. After all, a good diet is a fundamental healthy lifestyle habit, because your food can be your poison or your antidote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Balance is essential for nutrient absorption<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to properly absorbing nutrients from food, however, the issue is a little more complex. For this, you need balance and optimal functioning, basically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appropriate gastrointestinal pH for each part of the digestive tract (as they are different along the way).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Properly formed, secreted and acting pancreatic enzymes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adequate and balanced intestinal flora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, the chronic use of antibiotics, antacids, laxatives, excess carbohydrates and additives in the diet can impair the absorption of nutrients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got it? Pay due attention to these factors, or you could end up with \u2018the most expensive and nutritious poop in the world\u2019, even though you're actually malnourished!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you \u2018just\u2019 eating well?
