In a minimally complete first medical consultation, the professional needs to investigate with you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 - Main complaints:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What else is bothering the patient, damaging their health?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 - Clinical history: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What are the symptoms and diseases? Which are the least and most serious? What makes them better or worse? In what sequence did they appear? What more complete information can you provide about them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3 - Follow-up objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What can I expect from the treatment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4 - Physical changes: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What changes do you have in your skin, hair, nails, mucous membranes, lip, mouth, tongue or other parts of your body?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5 - Diseases Diagnosed to Date: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What diagnoses do you already have? What important ones have you had throughout your life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6 - Latest health follow-ups: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What were the last health professionals you consulted, which specialties, when and for what reasons?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7 - FOR WOMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What are your menstrual cycles like (are they regular or not? Is there PMS? What is the average length)? How many pregnancies have you had (including births, miscarriages and any complications from pregnancies and births)? If you have stopped menstruating, how long ago? Have you used hormones since then?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8 - LATEST COMPLEMENTARY EXAMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Blood, urine, feces, saliva, X-rays and other tests: When were they carried out and what were the relevant results?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9 - MEDICINES AND SUPPLEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What medications or supplements are you currently using, or have you used until recently?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 10 - BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What illnesses have been presented by family members, including father, mother, siblings, children, uncles, cousins and grandparents?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 11 - LIFESTYLE HABITS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What are your lifestyle habits? This includes water intake, breathing patterns, diet, exercise, sleep quality, stress levels, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 12 - FREQUENTLY CONSUMED SUBSTANCES?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Do you consume coffee, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, sweets, snacks, soft drinks, etc.? If so, how often and how much do you usually consume?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 13 - ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Is there anything that makes you feel unwell, whether it's an environmental factor, medication, food or something else?
