Muitos me perguntam exatamente o que é este décimo-segundo hábito saudável de vida, o “FAÇA A SUA PARTE e acredite que vai dar certo”… Vou explicar:

Como cito no meu livro, “Domine Sua Saúde”:

“Conhecimento de qualidade traz bons pensamentos; bons pensamentos possibilitam boas ações. Repetir boas atitudes é formar disciplina. A disciplina te leva aos hábitos; os bons hábitos te levam aos melhores resultados e os resultados ótimos, sim, naturalmente te conduzem para o sucesso. E felicidade é sentir-se e estar bem durante todo este processo: saúde é, essencialmente, bem-estar.”

Aprenda quais são os hábitos saudáveis de vida e como aplicá-los na sua rotina (nos links abaixo). Planeje como vai fazer isso e incorpore-os consciente e intencionalmente. Mantenha-se fazendo o que der certo e que te traga bons resultados, ou seja, com disciplina.
