Medicines - What you need to know about them (and pay more attention to)
In my humble opinion, anyone who takes medication, especially recurrently or chronically, should attend and take their questions with them!
Medicines are great, necessary advances in the history of humanity, but everything in excess is bad for you and it's no different with them... In recent decades, they have been excessively (and often frivolously and even wrongly) prescribed and, as a result, the errors associated with them are now among the top ten causes of death worldwide:

Do REMEDIES “alone” cure or only “control”?
My post on social media, in July 2018, for you to reflect on:
Some people find it strange that a doctor wants to know how they're doing in terms of their health:
- Mental health
- Spirituality
- Relationships (family, work, friends, etc.)
But I've already explained the great importance of all this for your health here; read on (it's quick and easy to understand): https://icaro.med.br/4Pilares/. When one of these “goes wrong”, it harms the rest and, as a consequence, you lose health: simple as that. Do you want to understand this better with clearer examples? Take a look at these:
1️⃣ Neuroscience (https://icaro.med.br/neurocienciabasicaeprodutividade/) proves: the mind “molds”, physically alters the brain, the quality of your thoughts causes physical changes in your body, functional and even anatomical - thoughts, therefore, treat or sicken;
2️⃣ Studies show that social isolation causes more illness than smoking, obesity or alcoholism;
3️⃣ Christians who “turn away from God” tend to have more symptoms or get worse than those who do.
Do you now understand why it is important for good health professionals to focus on Body + Mind + Spirit + Social, taking a real interest in all these aspects and thus reserving part of their clinical practice to help you take better care of all this? Your health depends on much more than just multiple chemical substances and diagnoses.
Could these factors be why you (or someone you care about) are ill and/or your treatments aren't working?
Think about it and change what's necessary in your life!
I explain the basics of this in detail and step-by-step here:
Have a good week!
