Bad habits combined with unsuitable salon sinks can cause strokes

Bad lifestyle habits can impair blood circulation (especially drinking too little water and a sedentary lifestyle) and the composition of the blood, making it “thicker”, i.e. clotting more easily. This makes it easier for the arteries that carry blood to the brain to clog up, thus worsening the delivery of oxygen and nutrients.

With the inadequate position that the head assumes in some salon washbasins for several minutes, this situation of poor circulation can become even worse and, as a result, the patient can have a stroke.

Do you understand the risk?

Blood that clots easily generates thrombi more easily (thrombosis) and when a thrombus moves inside our blood vessels, over a distance, it is called an embolus (hence “embolism”).
