Exhaustion: Also known as exhaustion, fatigue, sluggishness, fatigue and great tiredness, it represents the loss of strength. In the dictionary, it is synonymous with “a marked reduction in resources, to consume completely, to use to the end”.
Watch the video to find out if this applies to you and how to solve the problem (acting appropriately and with the necessary competent support):
EXHAUSTION - did you know that it's very common nowadays? And that it compromises functionality and productivity in all spheres of our existence: mental, bodily, spiritual and social?
Do you feel exhausted? In fact, do you know what exhaustion is?
Many people are exhausted, but because they're motivated, working and getting out of bed every day, they think they're “fine”, or others think that of them. And then they “get on with life”, and the problem can get worse!
I'm going to tell you 7 main signs that you might be exhausted:
- Tiredness
- Irritability and impatience
- Demotivation
- Difficulty sleeping
- Appetite disorders
- Sadness
- Excessive focus on oneself instead of “the whole”
Do you experience three or more of these symptoms frequently? So, possibly, you are, to a greater or lesser extent, exhausted.
What should we do? Well, find out the causes, identify and evaluate them as thoroughly as possible, tackle them head on and solve the problem!
How? Understand that exhaustion can come from (and be maintained and aggravated by) five basic sources and forms, and usually two or more of them are present when the problem is detected: psychological factors (excessive stress and dealing with it poorly, excessive introspection and shyness, etc.), bodily factors (lack of physical exercise, poor sleep, etc.), chemical factors (nutrient deficiencies, poisoning, etc.), physical factors (low energy levels, lack of adequate energy replenishment/renewal, etc.) or social factors (social isolation, “bad company”, etc.).
And there are people masking the problem with stimulants, addictions, drugs, poorly applied coaching techniques and denial. They don't work for long (or at all), and the problem gets worse! When you force a machine to work without it being able to, you precipitate its breakdown.
To treat exhaustion successfully, you need to know these factors well and deal with them better. Believe me, I help treat many cases of exhaustion in my office every week. To help you with this, watch the video!
Have a good week!
