HOW TO USE THE QUESTIONNAIRE:
1️⃣ - First of all, UNDERSTAND the importance of each of the questions; I'll explain them here: https://icaro.med.br/en/15habits/
2️⃣ - Answer this questionnaire periodically (at least once a week) (I suggest weekly): all the answers “in gray” are the points in your daily routine that you needs to live longer and better, with greater health and productivity, and thus obtain or maintain the foundations for your success.
3️⃣ - Each week, choose at least 2-3 “gray answers” to solve, change, improve and thus resolve the “points of failure” that must be damaging your health and quality of life. You will see that, every day, your Quality of Life and Well-Being will increase greatly, along with your general perception of HEALTH.
4️⃣ - Maintain discipline in answering the questionnaire every week (it's quick - no more than 5 minutes of your time, well invested) and, what's more, adopting and maintaining the necessary measures to improve each habit - it will be worth it! I hope that this simple tool, which I developed myself and which has already been used for years by thousands of professionals all over Brazil, will help YOU, patients and professionals all over the world to improve your health results!
