In order to decide, you need to be convinced that you need it: however, someone is only convinced of something when they know the pros and cons of it.
It's the same with health. Let's see: If you're reading this post it's because you want to be HEALTHY - or you're someone who:
1️⃣ He doesn't know exactly what it means to be healthy and wants to learn in order to become so;
2️⃣ You've “tried everything out there”, in terms of more conventional remedies and treatments, without achieving the desired results;
3️⃣ You already know what it is, what you want in this area, you're already studying it and you want to recover your health, maintain it or optimize it.
