8 dicas básicas:

2 – Tome água de hora em hora, mesmo sem sede.

3 – Tenha um bom café da manhã.

4 – Alimente-se no máximo a cada 3 horas (muitos precisam de intervalos ainda menores, de acordo com cada metabolismo).

5 – Coma fibras diariamente, pelo menos em 2 refeições (e procure variá-las).

6 – Busque alimentos de mais qualidade.

7 – Reduza a carga total de carboidratos na sua dieta.

8 – Busque acompanhamento regular por um bom nutricionista – afinal, se cada pessoa é única (individualidade), nada mais óbvio que cada um ter necessidades específicas que precisam de atenção específica e as adaptações necessárias.
