The 5 main symptoms of humanity
Do you know the 5 main symptoms that human beings exhibit on a daily basis? In descending order of importance, they are:
- Headache
- Tiredness
- Dizziness
- Daytime sleepiness
- Memory/concentration disorders
And do you know what they have in common? ALL of them are mainly caused by bad lifestyle habits. This is because:
Drinking too little water a day greatly worsens blood circulation, causing less blood to reach the brain (and with more difficulty); and how does it complain? Generally speaking, by causing pain, ordering a slowdown in the body's general metabolism, signaling an increased need for rest and often even trying to “turn you off”;
✅ On the subject of proper nutrition, do you remember that there are three main “fuels” for the body (and mind)? Water, food and oxygen. So anyone who doesn't try to eat well will have blood that is poorer in nutrients and, if the body basically lacks these fuels, it either hurts, goes numb or stops;
✅ Physical exercise improves circulation, and guess what the main causes of illness and death in the world are... Circulatory diseases! The blood carries oxygen, water and nutrients to the tissues and removes toxins (mainly via the kidneys and intestines) and carbon dioxide from them. So, in a nutshell: poor blood circulation causes, maintains or worsens every symptom you can imagine (or feel);
It is during sleep that your body prepares for the new day ahead (mainly through the action of 2 hormones: GH and melatonin), fixing memories, trying to eliminate what is unnecessary and even harmful, building what is necessary, but above all, “resting”. If your sleep isn't good (adequate sleep is much more than sleeping 8 hours a night), do you really expect not to get sick or improve your symptoms? To really be healthy?
The big problem is that most people prefer to resort to medicines and treatments first BEFORE improving their lifestyle habits, and the result is simple: little improvement (or for a short time), use of increasingly strong medicines (and “dependence” on them to feel better), malaise, ever-increasing expenses, reduced mental and physical potential, and even the worsening of illnesses (since most of the medicines taken are symptomatic and NOT real treatments for the causes of symptoms and illnesses). Is this unfortunately common behavior worth it? Isn't it silently making you worse every day?
In short, I've yet to see a single patient who doesn't have at least one of the symptoms listed at the beginning of this article; and almost all of them have a lot to improve in their lifestyle (even if it's little by little, at their own pace, but with the willpower to do so). Could this be a coincidence? I'm sure it's not. What do you think about your own health and what have you done for it?
Best wishes to everyone!
