Is your food your poison or treatment?

Your diet can be the cause of your illnesses - explained simply:

When a food isn't good for you (for example, because you have an intolerance to it or even an allergy) but you continue to eat it repeatedly, your intestines are attacked and therefore become inflamed (everything that is attacked in the body becomes inflamed), which leads to three basic consequences:

  • Direct damage to his intestines as a result of the aggressions suffered;

  • Production of inflammatory mediators and immune complexes which, once in your blood, travel and can “inflame from a distance”, thus causing inflammation in hundreds of other possible places in your body and even in the brain;

  • Anomalous micropores open up in the intestines, allowing toxins and even bacteria and fungi to pass into your bloodstream, where they not only stay but reach the whole body.

The other side of this story is that there are foods (frequent ingestion of milk, red meat, wheat/gluten, etc.) that stimulate the proliferation of bad bacteria and parasites in your intestines and these, by “feeding”, acidify and produce toxic substances that inflame your intestines...

The consequences of all this, therefore, are simple:

  • Poor absorption of nutrients
  • Intestinal rhythm disturbances (diarrhea and sometimes constipation)
  • Toxins or even bacteria/parasites enter the bloodstream
  • Inflammatory bowel disorders
  • Inflammation caused or worsened in various parts of the body

Also on Food Intolerance - Very useful and interesting... Read on:

“Many people exhibit chronic inflammatory food sensitivity reactions to specific food antigens. Unlike the immediate effects of allergy, measured by IgE, IgG-mediated food sensitivity reactions can take several days to appear. Depression, weight gain, dermatitis, constipation, diarrhea, arthritis, fatigue and irritable bowel syndrome are associated with food intolerance. Diet with controlled removal of problem foods will, in many cases, quickly improve the patient's condition. Therefore, knowledge of the foods that can cause IgG-mediated reactions is of great help to health professionals, allowing them to guide their patients” diets for a better quality of life."
