I recently saw another patient who complained of anxiety problems; thank God she's getting better, but then I thought I'd tell you something that will certainly help you or anyone who has similar problems:
1 - One of the complaints I get the most in my office.
2 - It's not just worrying about the future: it can manifest itself in countless different ways and aggravate almost everything in health.
3 - It can lead to dysfunction in a person's life.
4 - Anxiety disorder is different from normal everyday anxiety.
5 - A lot can be done, such as medication, supplements, herbal medicine, mindfulness, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, etc.
6 - Sometimes you need medication, even temporarily.
7 - Even if you use medication, you have to investigate the cause, address it and resolve it.
8 - Not every case needs medication, but it often helps the person to suffer less and start the process of getting better.
9 - Anxiety can only be resolved when the body as a whole is also taken care of.
10 - They can help: GABA, teas, essences (lavender), B complex (insufficient levels are common and can cause symptoms), vit. D, Mg, ...
11 - If you have associated insomnia or poor sleep, resolve them or “detonate” the anxiety (melatonin, teas, Lactium, Prosleep, progesterone, etc).
12 - Anxiety is always multifactorial.
