We all know about the benefits of coffee, don't we? As long as it's consumed with care, always: http://icaro.med.br/CAFE/
But there is a “type” with even more possible benefits, such as:
- Increase the feeling of satiety
- Optimize focus, disposition, stamina and energy
- Increase fat burning
- Improve the taste
Learn more about it here: https://graocafes.com.br/bulletproof-coffee-o-cafe-prova-de-balas/
It's “BulletProof Coffee”, the original recipe for which can be found at the link above. Basically, it's a special preparation of regular coffee with the addition of two different fats and a vigorous blend, which enables the benefits mentioned, above all by gradually releasing the caffeine and other components of the coffee over hours, avoiding peak effects, which can be excessive in many people.
BUT I have “improved the recipe” by adding components that, in my opinion, have added benefits and flavor. Check out how I prepare MINE (Dr. Icarus version) and take it in the morning and afternoon (not every day, of course):
- 100 ml coffee (moderate to strong)
- 1 teaspoonful of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoonful of cocoa powder (100% cocoa)
- 1 tablespoonful of Ghee butter, coconut oil or coconut butter (if using extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons)
- 10 drops of 100% Stevia sweetener (or 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar or xylitol)
Rest assured that, in this “recipe”, the tastes of saffron and olive oil, if used, disappear!
Explaining:
- Saffron releases its properties best when heated in a humid environment;
- Cinnamon and cocoa are thermogenic, immunostimulant, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, optimize insulin sensitivity and are very tasty.
- If you use olive oil or butters, there are also the benefits of butyrate, a substance that is good for the immune system and the colon (intestines).
If you're hypersensitive to caffeine, like me, consuming coffee in this way greatly increases your tolerability without the most common unpleasant effects - just find the ideal amount for you per “shot” and avoid consuming it too often.
Just be careful not to overdo the amount of fats, as this can lead to intestinal dysbiosis if you don't optimize the amount of fibre. And I don't recommend replacing larger meals with Bulletproof on a regular basis... Not everyone is adequately supplied with it alone!
OBVIOUSLY, they should only drink coffee like this if their doctors and nutritionists approve... lol.
