Many people ask me exactly what this twelfth healthy lifestyle habit is, “DO YOUR PART and believe it will work out”... I'll explain:

As I say in my book, “Master Your Health”:

Discipline leads to habits; good habits lead to the best results and the best results naturally lead to success. And happiness is feeling and being well throughout this process: health is essentially well-being.”
