Discipline leads to habits; good habits lead to the best results and the best results naturally lead to success. And happiness is feeling and being well throughout this process: health is essentially well-being.”

Keep doing what works and brings you good results, in other words, with discipline. Once you've done this (which is “your part”), believe that it will work, so that your “pessimism” doesn't sabotage your results.
