Potassium-rich foods

Nowadays, people eat poorly and ingest large quantities of common table salt (which is basically sodium chloride) and replenish large quantities of calcium without proportionality with sufficient magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2. And do you know what this usually leads to? Potassium deficiency!

And what does this deficiency usually cause or aggravate? Fatigue, irritability, anxiety, hypertension, cramps, stress, heart problems (in many of these cases, simply normalizing potassium levels improves or even cures them).

You understand the importance of potassium, but where can you find it?

In some foods such as avocado, sweet potato, banana, tomato sauce, beet, beans, melon, fish, raisins, carrot juice, papaya and pumpkin.

There's an interesting text that talks more about this. Click here to see.

My tip is to stay away from milk and dairy products. Understand why here.

When it comes to food, seek competent nutritional advice whenever possible.
