Healthy lifestyle habits and building a good “home”

If you want to build a good house, you'll need:

✅ A good location

✅ A good project

A good construction team, from process managers to executors, at all levels

✅ Good building materials

✅ Good weather conditions (at least for some specific stages)

✅ A good foundation/structure, “on top” of which the entire building will stand

Faults or poor quality in any of these stages can compromise the final result of the whole house and even its viability. And even if it's a problem in just one of these areas, it can ruin the whole project and cause the house to have problems throughout its useful life, don't you agree?

Think about your body. Make the same analogy about your body and mindto be, be and remain truly good, functional, resilient and capable, they need good structure and good fuels from the outset and throughout their lives, or they will constantly need “patches” (medicines, treatments, etc.).

Eat well every 3 hours.
Eat fiber at least twice a day (30 to 40 g/day).

Breathe properly.
Reduce and/or better manage your stress.
Think and be positive: positive and proactive mindset, attitude and attitudes.
Avoid and reduce intoxication and excesses.
Get regular exposure to the sun.
