Everyone laughs when they read this... Many think or even say: “Homer Simpson was such an idiot!” He was. He was a character created to be an idiot and therefore show all the anti-characteristics of a successful person. In other words, an “example” not to be followed. In the most diverse possible situations in life, his thoughts and actions were designed not to be repeated and, ultimately, even to be thought and “acted” (lol) in reverse by anyone who wants to be successful and do the right thing in their life; laugh at him and do the opposite of what he says: simple as that for anyone who wants good results in life.
But there are people who seem to follow what he says around and, of course, go on to have a caricature of his life... Is that possible? Yes, it is.
In health, I and many doctors and good health professionals around the world have been warning for more than a decade: the biggest culprit for your symptoms and illnesses, for causing (maintaining and aggravating) them, is yourself! Harsh reality, no? But it's still reality, apart from accidents, unintentional traumas... The biggest factors in getting sick are bad lifestyle habits (repeated thoughts and behaviours become habits) that characterize a harmful, pathological lifestyle that creates imbalances!
If you don't have the health, well-being and quality of life you'd like (you need it, if not for your own direct interest, often to help and care for loved ones!), stop laughing at your own misfortune, your bad thoughts and behaviors that won't change and do your part!
But here's a tip: do it today; you don't even know if you have tomorrow for this, as you have the conditions today. I've seen a lot of people who were “going to do it tomorrow” but, on the way, a stroke, a heart attack or something worse happened... And then there was no time to change. Think about it, okay? In an intelligent way: you have today; tomorrow is a possibility that you build through your thoughts and actions today.
Here I clearly teach you how you can start again and/or do better; invest time and energy and check it out:
