Think, reflect:
- Diseases and syndromes are sets of symptoms: names given to groups of signs and symptoms that usually appear together and which, in conventional “allopathic” medicine, are usually treated in a similar way even for different people.
- Many people have symptoms but generally feel GOOD despite them.
- Many people have symptoms, discomforts, but prefer to deny them, minimize their importance or not associate them with anything pathological (“it's age”, “it's life”, “you have to get used to it” - they say).
- I've seen countless people who had symptoms or even illnesses, with or without alterations in “basic” laboratory and imaging tests, but who thought they were HEALTHY!
Get rid of the myth: real health means well-being of body, mind and spirit, all three together!

In other words, if you take care of yourself and feel good in these three aspects, congratulations and enjoy your health, always seeking to optimize it for your own benefit. If you don't have, or don't admit to having, symptoms/diseases, but “for some reason” you don't feel well, it's because you're not healthy and you need to take care of yourself to get it, or you could worsen your malaise by aggravating what's stealing your health. It's as simple as that, isn't it?
