Think Health - Useful, FUNDAMENTAL reflections for recovering, maintaining and optimizing HEALTH

When it comes to health, all this is essential!

If you're reading this and you're going to watch the video below, it's because you want to be healthy - after all, anyone who is alive but doesn't want to be healthy has depression or a psychiatric problem that needs attention as soon as possible!
Understand, then, that everything you do in life generates results... If yours aren't good, then you have to change what you're doing! And every good deed begins with good thoughts. It's not about being holy or perfect throughout your existence... It's about focusing on what's good for you!

But who is the content for? For everyone, at any age and in any condition, but in cases of urgencies and emergencies, and for those who really have no complaints and just want to keep well and get better, some “adaptations” may be necessary, as I explain in the video. Watch it - it'll be worth it!

Even for those with “low financial resources”, it is perfectly possible to take good and better care of yourself: https://icaro.med.br/15habitos/ - But the basics need to be said: anyone who can't afford face-to-face treatment or can't come for a consultation (for whatever reason) has to motivate themselves, seek out quality knowledge and be disciplined!
Just beware, in your search for health information, of content that isn't quality, but is “famous” (through promotion strategies, Internet marketing, sales and dissemination techniques, among others)... For example, sometimes even those you follow buy followers to give an “air of legitimacy” to what they say - I explain this better in the video.

3 final tips, before the video:

✅ Give fewer “excuses”: face up to them and deal with what is necessary, because giving excuses for what you don't do doesn't bring results! Or they don't bring the best possible results, within your expectations.

✅ Everyone has something to overcome in terms of health (don't think that only you have something to improve, only you get sick, only you have to work hard...) - don't just trust what you see on social media: most people only post the best things about their lives...

✅ Go to these links and get the knowledge you need to change your health and your life for the better - it will be worth it:

10 Reflections on Health:

0️⃣ - Most people who have symptoms or illnesses have them (or make them worse) because they have neglected important aspects of their lifestyle and health in their daily lives (especially these: https://icaro.med.br/en/15habits/ e https://icaro.med.br/60Dicas); or they don't know the right thing to do (lack of proper knowledge or misinformation being taken as truth) or they “put off until tomorrow” what they know needs to be done... Until it becomes a disease!

1️⃣ - No symptom or illness necessarily means the need for medication!

2️⃣ - Our bodies already “come from the factory” with excellent defense, repair and improvement systems, which just need you to do your part to make them work properly, in most cases - go here and find out how, in a simple but very useful way: https://icaro.med.br/SintomasEDoencas e https://icaro.med.br/en/15habits/ (After all, have you ever heard that “God is a father, not a stepfather”? Yes...)

3️⃣ - When you provide your body with what it needs (resources, energy, maintenance), your body begins to treat itself and, where possible, even heals itself.

4️⃣ - Every symptom (or illness) signals that something you've been doing has led to it and that you need to change it if you want to get rid of it or prevent future occurrences... After all, “insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results”.

5️⃣ - You attract what you focus on: in other words, do you spend more thoughts and actions on eliminating symptoms and illnesses or do you invest in obtaining and improving your health?

6️⃣ - Only those who are healthy can achieve and maintain good productivity (not just of the brain and muscles, but of the whole body and mind) in any area of life. And success is usually the result of good productivity...

7️⃣ - Every action generates results: in health, bad attitudes usually generate symptoms, which “cluster” into diseases (bad results); good thoughts generate good actions that usually contribute to health. “It's as simple as that”.

8️⃣ - Medicines are indeed important for various treatments, especially in urgent and emergency situations, but they are never “the main thing” when it comes to obtaining, maintaining and optimizing health - medicines are adjuvants, support for the body's own repair and healing mechanisms.

9️⃣ - Don't be a victim or victimize yourself: a victim of your own neglect of yourself or blaming only the outside world for the symptoms and illnesses you have - after all, neither of these attitudes works in your favor!

And, to “finish” this text, another post of mine from November 2017:

“With great power comes great responsibility” = With great power comes great responsibility.

This strong, powerful and totally true expression has been attributed to many people, used by many great leaders in their speeches and teachings (such as Lord Melbourne, Winston Churchill, Teddy Roosevelt, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, among others - me too, in many lectures, posts, texts and classes), but it really became well known a few years ago, when, in the movie Spider-Man, Uncle Ben says it to Peter Parker (Spider-Man's secret identity)... Although the first time the hero heard it was in 1962, in the comics; but it's even more “ancient” (millennial wisdom, literally): It's in the Bible: “To whom much has been given, much will be required; and to whom much has been entrusted, much more will be asked” (Luke 12:48).

These words basically mean the following: the more good you have in your life, the more you have an obligation to do good for others and you will be held accountable for this by God, if not “in life”, then after you return to the spiritual homeland. In other words, if this is a universal, sacred, immutable and inexorable truth, the question remains: do you take it into account in your daily life? The good that you receive, have in your existence, have you done to others, in the same proportion or even more?

So do good: follow God's “law”. Do good because it's right. Do good because the more good you do to others, to the world, the more good you will get and keep in your life. And do good because you, minimally, if you're reading this, have a life, have a cell phone, have some health, have intelligence, can see, in a world where many don't have “all that” at all, and all that is good in your life; in other words, you're already a “debtor” for doing good in your existence, every morning you wake up with all that and you even get more.

Now you understand why, I was looking at topics that are very relevant to health and personal development:

“It's as simple as that”: I thank God so much for all the good in my life and in the lives of those I love, and I'm just “doing my bit”.

I firmly believe that those who have status, power, influence and/or fame have an obligation to actively and consciously spread the good by constantly disseminating quality, useful and productive content. This is also making good, responsible use of the good you have!

Do your bit too! And let's spread the good together - do and share what does good!

Think about it.

Have a good week and may we all be with God!
