In this post I want to talk about “Power Without Limits” by Tony Robbins - it really is an excellent book, which helps you optimize your health as a whole, body, mind and spirit, and also gives you lots of tools and examples (of strategies, actions and dozens of real successful people, in order to inspire, demonstrate, motivate and “teach the way”) to facilitate your changes, your improvements in how you think, plan, motivate yourself, act and get results; and the best thing is that it's available for free on YouTube, as an audiobook. This book has been recommended to me several times, by several different people, but I “took my time” to read it (I should have done it sooner)! Don't make the same “mistake” (lol) because this material really can have a positive impact on your whole life, enabling you to be more successful and happy and how you perceive and lead it. I recommend it to you because I believe that a really good health professional also has to value the other aspects that influence your health, often not so “obvious” but which affect the whole, such as your mental, psychological and spiritual status, as well as how you have led your life, difficulties, how to approach and resolve them, etc.

The book is excellent in 95% of the aspects it covers but I don't agree with “walking through fire” (lol) nor with part of the tips it gives on food, in chapter 10: on food, I suggest you go to icaro.med.br/ALIMENTACAO
