Saboteurs of your health, your LIFE and how to solve them
Do you know the 12 thoughts or behaviors that do you the most harm? The ones that prevent you from achieving or maintaining results and “pull you back”, keep you “anchored” at a lower level and therefore compromise your health, your productivity, your chances of success... Your life?
In this video, I mention and detail these “saboteurs”, giving you useful, effective and simple suggestions for recognizing and resolving these issues once and for all.
