WOMEN'S HEALTH - What you NEED to know
Women take better care of their health and live almost 10 years longer than men on average, with far fewer chronic diseases. Coincidence? No. This is due to their greater interest in health, their search for quality knowledge and their commitment to doing what is necessary to recover, maintain and optimize it. Congratulations, women!
In the following series of videos, I will comprehensively explore various topics related to women's health, covering aspects such as menstruation, fertility, sexuality, motherhood, weight loss and many other issues relevant to the female universe.

During my years studying medicine, I had the opportunity to give lectures on the subject on several occasions. Below I'm sharing the videos of these lectures with you for free.
LECTURE 1 - Lecture for WOMEN - WOMEN'S HEALTH
This talk is specially designed for women and those who want to understand and support them better. It was recorded during “Virada Day”, an event promoted by the talented coaches Paulo Smith (instagram: paulosmith.official) of the Inspire Institute (instagram: inspireinstitute) and Marcos Cesar in December 2018.
LECTURE 2 - How to give more POWER to the Female Brain - Expomodeladas 2019 Lecture
I gave a talk entitled “Empowering the Female Brain” on March 27, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., to an audience of hundreds of women at the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center, in Brasília-DF, at the “Expomodeladas 10 years” event, dedicated to women.
After the lecture, I received dozens of congratulations and requests to make it available online, so that it could be accessed later by anyone interested. In response to these requests, I made the video of the lecture available in a live broadcast, which took place on March 31st in the evening, according to the link above.
The focus of the talk was to highlight that the female brain, when balanced, has a powerful potential, often surpassing the male brain. However, many women are still unclear about what they need to study and do to achieve this balance. The talk covered the main concepts and guidelines to enable women to reach their full brain potential.
