Juice 1
Ingredients:
- 1 leaf of kale or 1 shallow cup of spinach or rocket
- 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 slice of Yacon potato or 1 piece of celery
- Mint leaves to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chia
- 1 slice of ginger
Preparation: Blend the ingredients with a little filtered water or natural coconut water. If possible, consume without straining.
Juice 2
Ingredients:
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 2 handfuls of parsley or coriander
- 1 small unpeeled lemon
- 1 apple
Preparation: Blend the ingredients with a little filtered water or natural coconut water. If possible, consume without straining.
JUICE 3
Ingredients:
- 3 celery or celery stalks
- 2 cups spinach leaves, or arugula, or broccoli or kale
- 1 teaspoonful of chopped ginger
- 1 green apple

Juice 4
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of ginger
- ½ carrot
- 1 pear, apple or orange
- 3 tablespoons raw parsley
- 1 cabbage leaf (without stalk)
- 1 fennel bulb, 2 celery stalks or 2 lemongrass leaves

- 2 watercress stalks (to taste)
