7 Health Parameters according to Dr. Joseph Mercola
According to Instagram.com/drmercola, there are seven objective parameters that have been proven by many scientific studies to be “highly correlated with a lower risk of disease” (as explained in his current book “Effortless Healing”). These are indicators of well-being and allow you to assess your health today and whether or not it is improving over time. I take most of them seriously in my consultations and firmly believe that your competent and trusted health professional needs to value them, which becomes easier and more productive if you first get to know them in detail and also value them!
