As a doctor, throughout my almost 20 years of experience in the field of medicine, I have observed in my office that practically all patients have at least one of the following complaints:
- Chronic tiredness, even with little effort, feeling unwell, headaches, dizziness or other symptoms that indicate a malfunctioning brain.
- Symptoms caused by stress, such as frequent sadness, irritability, anxiety or depression.
- Early onset of symptoms suggestive of dementia, often in people well into old age.
What do all these conditions have in common? They indicate a malfunction of the mind, something we all “say” we want to have in perfect health.
Ask yourself: Do you really want to have a mental health in which your mind is able to determine what is necessary to achieve good results and a bright future?
But how is that possible if you keep things like this in your routine? Think about it:
1 - Your mind interacts with the world through your brain's control over your body, but the brain doesn't receive enough water, oxygen (from breathing) or nutrients (from eating) to function.
2 - The mind is commanded by the spirit and is “organically” sustained by what comes from the health of the body, such as blood circulation, but there is no proper care for spirituality and a better lifestyle.
3 - The mind processes the information it receives on a daily basis, but this knowledge is currently full of bad news, unedifying images and videos, bad audio and music. If it becomes fuller of “no good”, it's unlikely to function properly.
4 - Instead of practicing a lot of meditation, study, prayer, laughter and positive mentalizations, many people focus more on procrastination, negative thoughts, concentrating on what's bad, distractions and complaints.
5 - There is an excessive use of medicines, which have little impact on the causes, instead of supplements that really have a positive effect on the brain and heart, and thus on the mind.
6 - There is a search for “effective” techniques to make machines operate in an “advanced” way, even if they don't even have or receive the basics to keep them running and operating minimally. Progress can only be built on a solid, reliable foundation.
After all, who wants different results doing the same thing, day after day, even when they've repeatedly seen bad results?
