HISTORY

As a doctor with more than 23 years of training, I share knowledge on the internet and with my patients that is always up-to-date and as natural as possible, which effectively contributes to the process of optimizing and improving everyone's health, in the most natural way possible. At the same time as providing advice on lifestyle habits, supplements, vitamins, minerals and nutrients (and whatever else is necessary for each case), I try to make it clear that each patient needs to do their part to recover, maintain and improve their health. From my experience, I realize that medication alone is not enough to guarantee full health. Although they can be important and even fundamental in certain situations, the best results are seen in people who are already committed to the active pursuit of health, in other words, who adopt HEALTHY LIFE HABITS, since what most causes or aggravates any health problem is having bad lifestyle habits. A good lifestyle (= good habits) is what helps the body recover and strengthen the most, as well as being the main and most effective factor in preventing illness and maintaining well-being and a better quality of life. How I work in my office

In my practice, I adopt an integrated approach that combines Orthomolecular Medicine with Homeopathy and other relevant knowledge. This strategy is essential to support each patient on their journey towards organic rebalancing and improved health. The main focus is to promote a higher quality of life and comprehensive well-being. In addition, I emphasize the importance of adopting healthy lifestyle habits, as the patient's commitment and effort are crucial to the success of the treatment. Over the years, this approach has been effective in helping hundreds of patients achieve specific goals such as weight loss, healthy ageing, improved physical and mental well-being, increased productivity, muscle mass gain, and hormonal balance, among other benefits
