2 - Do you breathe properly?

3 - Do you eat properly?

4 - Do you exercise regularly?

5 - Do you sleep well?

6 - Do you constantly keep up to date with good, reliable sources so that you know what's right for your health, life and well-being?

7 - Do you manage your stress well and try to reduce it?

8 - Do you avoid excesses and intoxication?

9 - Do you maintain as many positive thoughts and attitudes as possible in your daily life?

10 - Do you sunbathe regularly?

11 - Do you keep regular appointments with good health professionals, without unjustified “prejudices” and who work well in a multidisciplinary and integrated way?

GABARITO: If you answered NO to ANY of these numbered topics, correct it (or all the “NO”s, if more than one) because it could be the cause of you not getting better or not being cured for good!
