Going to the toilet every day is no guarantee that your bowels are working properly. The basics for this are:
1️⃣ Drink water every hour, even if you're not thirsty;
2️⃣ Eat a variety of fibers every day, at least twice a day;
3️⃣ Probiotics and prebiotics regularly (good gut bacteria), such as kefir (https://icaro.med.br/Kefir/), kombucha, good formulas, etc;
4️⃣ Exercise at least four times a week.
The main function of the intestines is not to “poop”: their health affects that of the whole body!

If your intestine isn't working properly, before looking for medicines and “special treatments”, give it the basic conditions it needs to function and recover:
REGULARLY:
- Drink water properly.
- Eat a good quantity and quality of fiber.
- Recovering/maintaining good intestinal bacterial flora (lactobacilli and so on).
This helps and often solves intestinal problems in 99% of cases!
Symptoms of poorly functioning intestines are not just constipation or diarrhea! They are also gas, constipation, excessive foul-smelling stools, poorly formed stools, being too full after eating, etc.
Of course, in cases of urgency/emergency, seek emergency care from your trusted doctors, but as far as possible, also follow the advice above!
