1 - Many people today don't define themselves as happy most of the time.
2 - Psychology and psychiatry have, for a long time, focused more on “fighting sadness” than on preventing it or promoting happiness.
3 - We have never had so many stressed, anxious and depressed people as we do today, and the outlook indicates that this number is set to increase.
4 - More and more children, adolescents and the elderly are developing these disorders, at an earlier and more serious age.
