Gluten and the Food Industry

Gluten and the Food Industry (which partly serves an arm of the Disease Industry) - what's the connection?

Summary: The truth is that gluten is bad for the vast majority of people. This has been proven by hundreds of scientific studies and is no mere fad. Gluten causes or aggravates hundreds of diseases and symptoms in the most diverse systems of the human body. They don't want you to believe this for purely economic reasons: you, the sick person, are making profits for the Disease Industry and removing gluten from food would be too expensive and labor-intensive for many entrepreneurs worldwide.

Understanding the issue better:

Where, above all, is there gluten? Pasta, bread, cakes, cookies, and it is “hidden” in many foods, especially where there is wheat flour (in short).

Industries already know that gluten is bad for most people, but since they have invested a lot of money in researching how to find it in almost everything we consume today, in order not to have the expense of removing it and researching/arranging substitutes, they prefer to say things like “it's not that bad”, “it's not that bad for that many people” or “it's only bad for celiacs”. All of this is absurd and denies a problem that is increasingly proven by good studies - check out some of them on scholar.google.com.

✅ There have been studies claiming that “gluten sensitivity” is an “unjustified fad” - beware of them, as there is no fad. Go a month without gluten in your life and see how you feel, certainly better. What's more, most of the “studies” advocating the general consumption of gluten have significant methodological flaws, which invalidate their conclusions: read carefully and you'll see.

✅ In my experience in the office, backed up by many studies and books (see this one, for example, by the competent Denise Carreiro: www.denisecarreiro.com.br/artigos_gluten.php e denisecarreiro.loja2.com.br/2754372-13-Gluten-toxici) gluten is bad for 99% people, by several different mechanisms. Celiacs and non-celiacs are ill with gluten, but celiacs can have much more serious problems with it, partly due to different mechanisms. But we're all in the same boat: gluten inflames, makes you ill and does you harm.
