Why this Live? Try searching for these words (and similar ones) on Google or YouTube and see what information pops up. In most cases, they are superficial texts and videos, made by non-health professionals, confusing and, in some cases, even mistaken, trying to explain and state “what makes you thin and what makes you fat”. I think the intention is good - except for those who just want to bait you into selling them a digital product - but when you finish your search, you may end up more confused than before!
For example, did you know that
1 - The big problem with increased body fat is excess insulin, which can't be controlled with medication alone?
2 - What fills adipocytes (fat cells) are triglycerides (and not cholesterol), most of which come from excess glucose in the diet?
3 - Do fats alone (without associated carbohydrates) contribute little to weight gain, except in cases of excessive consumption?
4 - When excessively metabolized, can proteins generate significant amounts of glucose?
5 - It's not enough just to “shut up and work out more” to lose weight healthily and maintain the results. Without good lifestyle habits and attention to the quality of your food, you could end up undernourished, full of symptoms and illnesses, and soon with a further increase in body fat!

*Obviously, in the video above, my intention is not to exhaust the topic or offer a “complete treatise” on the subject. I just want to explain the main points in a simple and didactic way, to help you lose weight healthily and maintain good results!
