I've sensed your interest in this initiative, which has taken a good deal of time, energy and preparation on my part for a whole year. Considering the thousands of likes on all social networks and hundreds of positive comments supporting the project “A Year of Health Tips“, and with your commitment to access and disseminate each one of them, let's go! All the tips have been taken from the subjects proposed and discussed in more detail in my sixth book, entitled “The Definitive Health Manual”. So I suggest you start this journey of a year together in Health by getting to know the book, its contents and the method it proposes for recovering, maintaining and optimizing health in a natural and effective way.
