Some people go years without taking proper care of their health, sometimes decades, and one day they finally fall ill. It's logical that this would happen one day, isn't it? You reap what you sow. Then they start saying that they “never had anything”, “were always healthy”, “how could this happen”...
And there are many who, in these moments when they fall ill, often with several symptoms and illnesses appearing almost simultaneously, still curse to the heavens something like “God, what did I do to deserve this”? I think that at these times, God or Jesus would like to “come down” to the person and say something like “come here and I'll show you what you did NOT do and that's why you're facing all this - you were given a perfect machine to live in and thus fulfill the highest purposes of your existence and in exchange for this gift, I only asked you for basically ONE thing: to take care of it, providing good materials for its operation and periodic maintenance... Did you do that”?
I've never seen a single patient without at least one symptom, disorder or illness. There are many who say they “don't feel anything”, but when investigated in more detail, there is always something not quite right. It's just that many people learn to live with symptoms and establish a certain form of “functional balance” with them, even though their existence (of symptoms) initially merits investigation and treatment of their causes. At this point, it's worth remembering that disorders don't usually “resolve themselves” and, on the contrary, without proper attention, they tend to worsen over time and not always, when they finally become bothersome or even incapacitating, there is still time to successfully deal with them. It's never too late to start taking care of yourself and getting better, but it can often be impossible to find a cure for disorders that have already led to more serious damage. It's always worth remembering this as motivation to improve your lifestyle habits, making them healthier... starting yesterday!
In short, take better care of yourself, with good lifestyle habits, and you'll be healthy (or you'll regain it). Neglect the minimum necessary for your body to function properly and you will have or maintain diseases. And in this “equation”, there is little point in simply thinking that a lot of money can solve the problem: good, healthy lifestyle habits cannot be bought ready-made in stores or health services, but must be learned, adopted and cultivated by each individual. There are no medicines that can replace good care for your own body, and treatments, even the most expensive and complex ones, only help your own body to restore and maintain its balance. It's as simple as that, isn't it?
