You are Inflamed and this is causing or aggravating your symptoms!

The biggest “disease” we have today, with several possible causal/aggravating factors and several different symptomatic manifestations, is inflammation:

Whenever any part of our body is “attacked”, threatened or injured, it becomes inflamed in order to protect and repair itself.

And apart from localized inflammation in specific regions that have only been affected locally (for example, a knee becomes inflamed locally when it suffers a trauma, such as a blow), all major inflammation becomes systemic, since the inflamed site produces inflammatory mediators (chemical substances that signal the inflammation process, locally and at a distance, when they travel through the blood) that can even inflame other tissues; in these cases, who exactly will become inflamed depends on genetic tendencies towards organ and tissue fragility (remember “the chain always snaps at the weakest links”?) or it will be those who are already weaker, injured, intoxicated or “poorly cared for”. There is also “subclinical chronic inflammation”, where the body is inflamed as a whole, systemically, but to a lower degree, albeit damaging and constant, something that is rarely diagnosed by conventional interpretations of basic tests. What most chronically inflames us are frequent dietary errors, bad lifestyle habits, constant intoxication (and lack of adequate periodic detoxification), use of too many medicines, poorly treated (unhealed) infections, stress and similar factors of aggression constantly acting on us. In this inflammation, the organs that will manifest it are the weakest, which varies greatly from one person to another.

Note, therefore, that three people with the same illness can have it because of inflammation caused and sustained by three different factors: for example, three patients with sinusitis can have it for different “reasons”: one drinks little water, another has had a cold for a long time, and another person slept in the same room as someone with symptoms (coughing, sneezing and fever).

And three people exposed to the same harmful factor get sick in three different ways: for example, three patients who “worked out too much” (excessive physical exercise) can, hours to days later, present different disorders: one with body aches, another with a drop in immunity, and another with great tiredness/sleepiness.

In other words, it seems absurd to me that this general culture of treating people clinically always by labels, which means that every “ITE” has a fixed treatment protocol, as if all “fibromyalgia” were the same and deserved the same chronic kit of drugs, regardless of the patient and their specific forms of illness - and for life, since the treatment is not aimed at curing or addressing causes, but rather treating symptoms since it is wrongly assumed that it is a chronic, uncomfortable but “incurable” disease. And the same goes for migraines, itches, chronic illnesses, etc.

Get treated right and, from now on, take your inflammation into account so that you can be more successful with your treatments and health care! And I suggest you choose health professionals who know all this and value these very important “details”!

Of course, urgent/emergency conditions are exceptions because the priority is to quickly eliminate or mitigate the factor that is putting the patient's life at risk.
