
What do we all have to do to get healthy, maintain it and improve it? (This is one of the most important questions that everyone should ask themselves and answer correctly!)
Answer: I always try to make this very clear in lectures and courses, both for health professionals and the community in general: continuously seek quality knowledge, put it into practice and believe in your efforts, in yourself, that everything “will work out”.
Quality health knowledge is not hard to find and is largely available for free on the internet.

In short, this must change:
Stop putting so much blame on others and take responsibility. Problems can't be solved alone or by you denying or minimizing them!
✅ Choose your priorities: most of the time, this is lacking, not time.
Don't want to please everyone; that's impossible, as different groups of people think differently.
✅ Seek out good company: those who think like you or respect your concepts and behavior; otherwise, stay away!
Stop procrastinating: putting off until tomorrow what you can do today means you're always one step behind and overwhelmed.
Be disciplined: do what's necessary and, if you make a mistake, learn from it and get back on track, again and again!
If your health isn't 100%, get out of your Comfort Zone to get better results: after all, doing the same thing won't bring different results.
Spend less time on “time-wasters” like WhatsApp, social networks, games and videos.
Invest your time and energy, your greatest assets, wisely.
✅ Plan, schedule and organize yourself: after all, those who are chronically late or who fail to carry out necessary tasks with quality are not very successful.
✅ Learn to say no sometimes: those who accept any demand live overloaded, stressed, exhausted and hardly complete all the tasks they set themselves. They end up frustrated!
✅ If you're really doing your best, exercise good self-esteem: like yourself and value your efforts and results!
