I always say this in my talks, as the necessary starting point for understanding the basis for real and full health: Each of us is a body controlled by a mind that obeys the interests of a spirit; therefore, your brain is definitely one of the most important organs in your body, since it is the bridge between it and your mind and, as a result, it ends up controlling everything you think, do and feel.
So important that I can safely say that the vast majority of things that are good for the brain will also be good for the rest of the body; in other words, a fundamental tip: seek out what brings well-being to the brain (brain health) and you'll be applying a basic recipe for health to everything else!
However, if most people don't really know their own brains, how can they make the most of their resources and live better lives? How do you optimize something that you don't even know how it works?
