Building (or repairing) a solid wall (You want “good walls” in your health, in your life)
Think:
- If you only try to build a wall on bad ground (unsound, unreliable, uneven, not prepared in advance and/or unsuitable in general), “mysteriously” it won't stand or will become weak and defective.
- If you just put all the building material (sand, cement, bricks, iron, etc.) together in the place where you want the wall, “mysteriously” it won't turn into a wall on its own.
- If you just hire a good bricklayer to do the job, but don't explain exactly what (and where) you want him to build/repair, “mysteriously” the wall won't be built.
- If you only put the material and the bricklayer in the right place, the wall will “mysteriously” not be built, or its final result will be different from what you would like (size, length, width, height, etc.).
In other words: To build a good wall, you minimally need a good plot of land, building material, a bricklayer (someone who works on the building material) and specific guidelines (orders that tell the bricklayer how to use the material to do what you want).
Well... In your body and your health, the whole process is similar, analogously:
1 - Land = general conditions of your body, constitution, resistance and metabolism (execution of processes and tasks), determined by the whole of your life habits (https://icaro.med.br/15habitos/) + your environment + your genetics (at least three times less important than your habits).
2 - Building material = oxygen, nutrients, water, energy (thermal, solar, etc.), obtained only through good lifestyle habits and/or adequate supplementation.
3 - Bricklayers = your cells and body tissues together with your extracellular matrix (something very important! Understand: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matriz_extracelular).
4 - Specific guidelines and orders = communication (so that your body knows what to do with what it has/receives) = hormones, neurotransmitters and electromagnetic impulses.
In other words, understand: For every process in the body, everything that needs to be properly produced, destroyed or transformed in your body, you need sufficiency and quality of these 4 basic components, or you may not get what you need, from synthesizing a simple protein to fighting tumor cells.
In short, if you lack merely one of the 4 factors above, you don't produce, repair (what has been destroyed, by toxins, excesses, microorganisms, etc.) or detoxify anything you need, and so you get sick; and you stay sick, even though you use more and more medicines. Every symptom you have is caused or maintained by a lack of quality or quantity of at least one of the above factors!
