- The greater the stress (in quantity or poorly managed) and the level of intoxication, the worse your immunity will be, since both reduce the availability of the fundamental triad (and increase its consumption) for most of your cells, as well as disturbing the balance of hormones and neurotransmitters.
- The majority of the population gets too little sun (or the wrong amount) and therefore lacks vitamin D, which disrupts immunity.
