My opinion, as I pass on to all my patients in the office:

2️⃣ Before think in HCG, every patient must, after improving their lifestyle habits, have deficiencies met, good detoxification and a reduction in excessive oxidative stress, or else they won't have good results, will have unpleasant side effects or will put on weight all over again as soon as they stop using it.
3️⃣ After completing the above steps, the patient must seek to balance all their hormone levels, even minimally, and correct any alterations that still persist in the complementary tests, otherwise they won't have good results, will have unpleasant side effects or will put on weight all over again as soon as they stop using it.
If, after all this, the patient still needs HCG (most people, when they balance the above factors, lose weight and gain muscle naturally, managing to maintain the results without medication), I see in my office that they have a great chance of success with the treatment. But of course nothing is guaranteed, as each human being reacts in a different way to any existing treatment.
