Almost everyone says they care about their health and claim to take “at least a little” care of it on a daily basis... Do they? I doubt it.
Here are 3 universal truths for you to reflect on, even if they are uncomfortable, they are true:
- Those who only think about health when they have a symptom or illness don't have health as their real priority.
- What is not a priority for you is unlikely to become a reality.
- What doesn't come true doesn't change your mind, your actions and, consequently, your life.
There are three possible scenarios for those seeking health:
- You don't have your health, but you want it back.
- You are healthy and want to maintain and/or improve it.
- You believe you are healthy, but you want to know exactly what “being healthy” means in order to make the necessary changes.

- Seek quality knowledge so that you know what you need to do to be healthy, rather than just “moving on” and looking for medical advice or “what to do on Google” when you're ill. Measures taken to treat symptoms and illnesses are rarely enough to maintain general health on a daily basis and strengthen the body against new illnesses.
- Regularly follow the content of good health professionals: posts, texts, videos, audios, books, etc. Nowadays, blindly trusting what the media widely disseminates can lead you to believe more sensationalist, sponsored or biased content, which may be false or harmful to you. By following good professionals, you are more likely to learn how to better select what you are going to apply to your health and your life, maximizing the potential benefits.
- Be under the regular care of good health professionals, especially doctors and nutritionists, who are aligned with your healthy ideas, or at least who value or respect them. After all, you don't want those who should be helping you to be fighting your concepts without excellent and well-founded reasons, and to be doing so with only what's best for you in mind.
