Dr. Caveirinha is the one who follows more or less this line, when your goal is to lose weight, not at all healthily:
🟢 Little value is placed on improving your lifestyle habits as the main, fundamental way of losing weight in a really healthy way and maintaining the results, thus avoiding the accordion effect. It's all about a bunch of “rat poison drugs” that cause rapid weight loss, even at the cost of obvious and frequent harm to the patient's life.

🟢 When you talk about food, you're already on a poorly balanced and extremely low-calorie diet, which very constantly cannibalizes and catabolizes your lean mass, body water and your disposition/energy, leaving you feeling unwell, grumpy and with a poor and even dangerous body composition over time (serious risks of osteopenia, sarcopenia and the like).
